Studio Minervini is the Law Firm founded by Mr. Vittorio Minervini, member of Rome’s Bar Association and qualified to practice before the Higher Courts (e.g. Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Cassation, Council of State, Superior Court of Public Waters).

With the assistance of a team of associate lawyers, the Firm provides legal assistance especially in the areas of the European Law, Competition Law, Electronic Communications Law, Market Regulation Law, Consumer Law, Advertising and Marketing Law, Privacy Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Insolvency Law. The Firm assists several major Companies operating in sectors such as telecommunications and media, energy, transportation, advertising and media, consumer goods production, automotive, pharmaceutical, and also public bodies, non-profit organizations, sport federations, Employers’ Federation Associations, financial companies.

Mr. Vittorio Minervini has been appointed by the Civil Court of Rome as Bankruptcy Trustee in several bankruptcy proceedings (some of which were granted temporary prosecution of business activities, under art. 104 of the Italian Bankruptcy Law). He has provided legal assistance also to several procedures (both of bankruptcy and of pre-bankruptcy) and has taken part, on behalf of private operators, in operations of bankruptcy agreements, arrangements with creditors and debt restructuring.

Mr. Vittorio Minervini is an expert member of Supervisory Committees of Extraordinary Administrations as well as President of the Supervisory Committee of the Valtur Group in EA. Mr. Vittorio Minervini is also President of Ford Credit Italia’s Supervisory Body.

Mr. Vittorio Minervini is a member of the Editorial Board of Rivista del Diritto Commerciale e del Diritto Generale delle Obbligazioni (Commercial and General Obligation Law Review) and of the Turin Editorial Office of the review Il diritto fallimentare e delle società commerciali (Insolvency and Commercial Companies Law). Moreover, he is a member of the Scientific Board of Ristrutturazioni Aziendali (Corporate Restructuring) and of Quaderni di Ristrutturazioni Aziendali (Journals of Corporate Restructuring). He is also the author of several essays on Competition Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Business Law and Market Regulation Law (Essays) (Academia Page).
